Letter to Parents (November)
Dear Kingdom Parents,
Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the Lord has faithfully kept His promise that, “There shall no evil befall us, neither shall any plague come nigh our dwelling.” (Psalm 91:10)
Let’s continue to think biblically and walk accordingly. “We will say of the Lord, He is our refuge and our fortress: our God, in Him will we trust.” (Psalms 91:2) God’s Word is louder than this world!
Activities for the months of November and December:
- Deepavali Public Holiday: Thursday, 4 November
School will resume on Friday, 5 November. - Last Day of Term 4: Thursday, 18 November
Term 1 of the new academic year 2022 will commence on Tuesday, 4 January 2022. - Transcripts Preparation: Friday, 19 November
- School Holidays: Monday, 22 November 2021 – 3 January 2022
- Administrators’ & Supervisors’ Training: Monday-Thursday, 22-25 November
- Staff Conference: Friday, 26 November
- Parents/Staff Conferences: Tuesday-Friday, 4-7, and Monday, 10 January 2022
Students will be dismissed earlier at 12 pm on these days.

Activities for the month of October:
- Home Based Learning (HBL): 27 September – 7 October
All junior students (Middle School and below) are doing HBL from Monday, 27 September, till Thursday, 7 October. - Children’s Day: Friday, 8 October
School holiday. We will celebrate Children’s Day on Monday, 11 October, when the junior students return from HBL. - VLCS Student Convention and Penmanship Competition
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, VLCS Student Convention is postponed until next year. For now we will have a Penmanship competition for all students to write Ephesians chapters 1 to 3. Entries close Thursday, 11 November. - Administrators’ & Supervisors’ Training: Monday-Thursday, 22-25 November, 2021
4-day training open to parents, educators, pastors, and graduating high school students. If you are interested, please inform your respective supervisor by Friday, 15 October.

Letter to Parents (September)
Dear Kingdom Parents,
Greetings in the magnificent name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As fathers and mothers, let us be vigilant watchmen over the young people in this generation. We need to help them know God, know where they come from and where they are going, and not be conformed to this world nor be oppressed by the evil works of the devil.
Activities for the month of September:
- Supervisors’/Teachers’ Day School Holiday: Friday, 3 September
Students will celebrate their supervisors on Thursday, 2 September, being the last day of school for Term 3. Students will be dismissed at 1.00pm as usual. - Term 3 School Holiday: Saturday-Sunday, 4-12 September
Term 4 will commence Monday, 13 September. - P.E. and CCAs: These will resume in the second week of Term 4, after restrictions are lifted.
- Parents Orientation: Friday, 24 September, 2pm-4pm
This is compulsory for parents of new students.
