Dear VLCS Parents,

We greet you in the wonderful name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is written, “Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.” (Psalms 91:5-7) According to His Word, we are blessed and need not be afraid. What the devil means for evil, God will turn it around for good, in Jesus wonderful name! Amen!

• Christian Educators Conference (CEC): Monday–Tuesday, 16–17 March

Dear VLCS Parents,

A blessed and glorious New Year to you and your family in Jesus’ Name! We are believing God for greater glory and greater manifestation of His goodness, His power and His promises in 2020!

Activities for the month of January:

• First day of Term 3: Monday, 6 January
• Parent Conference (PC): Monday-Friday, 6-10 January
• CCAs: All CCAs and PE will commence in the 2nd week of the new term.
• Parent Orientation for parents of new students: Friday, 17 January, 2-4pm
• Parent/Staff Fellowship (PSF): Saturday, 18 January, 9-11am
• Chinese New Year (CNY) Celebrations and Holidays: Thursday-Tuesday, 23-28 January
• Advance Notice – Family Walk (fundraising for students participating in ISC and SA): Saturday, 15 February

School Uniforms: We have redesigned our uniforms and engaged a new dressmaker. Students can purchase uniforms from school until stocks run out. Once there are no available sizes for your child, you will need to buy new uniforms from our tailor.
