Dear VLCS Parents,
Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We give thanks to God who enabled us to move and settle into our new premises at 1 Lorong 23 Geylang, Block 8, all within a week. When the Committee for Private Education made a site visit on 11 April, while we were still unpacking, they were unsure if we would be ready to start school on the 17th. But what seemed impossible to man was possible through God, and we received the approval to commence just two days after the site visit! We thank all the staff, students and parents who helped, and give all glory and praise to the Lord for His favour and grace.
Activities for the month of May:
- Thanksgiving & Celebration: Thursday, 4 May, 8.00am to 9.30am
We invite all parents to join us in praise and worship, thanksgiving, fellowship and testimonies as we celebrate God’s goodness in relocating to Highpoint, as well as the Lord’s Supper. Light refreshments will be served. - Public Holiday: Vesak Day, Wednesday, 10 May
- 2017 International Student Convention (ISC): 20 to 25 May
- End of Term 4 and School Holidays: Last day of Term 4 will be Friday, 26 May. Term 1 of the new academic year 2017/2018 will commence on Tuesday, 27 June.
