Please take note of the following schedule, particularly the times by which all students must be in school. They are required to be wearing full school uniform (including tie), and to bring their change of costume if applicable.
Full Dress Rehearsal, Saturday, 18 August
- 11:30am – Lunch provided in School
- Bus transport to Grassroots Club
- Light snack & drink provided for tea-break
- 6:00pm – Dismissal from Grassroots Club
Victory Nite 2012, Sunday, 19 August
- 12:45pm – Attendance taken in School
- NOTE: Students are to have their lunch before they come to school.
- Bus transport to Grassroots Club
- Light snack & drink provided for tea-break
- 5:00pm – Art Sale / Students’ Dinner
- 5:30pm – Parents’ & Guests’ Dinner
- 9:45pm – Programme Ends / Pack Up / Dismissal from Grassroots Club

Please make your own arrangements for your children from there – no transport will be provided to return them to school for their usual route home.
