Dear VLCS parents,

Greetings to you and your family in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Thank you for giving your time in attending the recent PSF. We had a very good meeting. The attendance, however, was a little discouraging and we reiterate that it is very important for all parents to attend the quarterly PSF.

The minutes of the meeting are attached HERE for your reading (we will not be sending a printed copy home anymore – saving trees). We look forward to seeing more parents at our next PSF on 10th January, 2015.

Please also note on your calendar, the principal of ACS (Anglo-Chinese School, Barker Road), Mr Peter Tan, has invited all Christian parents to pray together at their school on 4th October from 4 to 6pm. We encourage all parents to come together and pray for this generation.

Dear VLCS Parents,

The Parent Staff Fellowship for the new term is scheduled this weekend, Saturday, 20 September, 2014, starting at 9am. The agenda was sent home with students today, and is also posted HERE for your convenience. Light refreshments will be served from 11am.

Please note that it is important to us and your child that you attend the Parent Staff Fellowship every quarter. We look forward to seeing you!

Dear Parents,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! This month’s newsletter has been sent out by email. A major highlight is our victories in the recent Regional Student Convention. Our students competed with over 500 ACE students from East/West Malaysia and Singapore and were placed second for the Athletics and Platform divisions. All glory to God!

Also be informed of the following activities for the month of September:

• Teachers’ Day Celebration – Thursday, 4 September
• Students will be dismissed at 12.00pm on Thursday.
• There will be no school on Friday, 6 September.
• School Holidays – Saturday, 6, to Sunday, 14 September
• Term 2 will commence on Monday, 15 September.
• Parents-Staff Fellowship – Saturday, 20 September
