These are challenging yet exciting times as the Lord leads us to brighter paths, greater exploits!  We know He has better premises being prepared for us to accommodate more students, for He is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than what we ask or imagine.

Letter to Parents (March)

Dear Kingdom parents,

Greetings to all! We were informed by our landlord, HCSA, that our lease will be renewed only from March 2025 to December 2026, as they will host other programs assigned by the Yellow Ribbon initiatives. The Lord led us to our current premises, and He will again lead us to new premises with full facilities. Thank you for your prayer support as we search for bigger premises.

Events for the month of March, 2025:

  • Registration for Regional Student Convention begins in March. Please encourage and support your child to participate in RSC in Sabah, 31 August to 5 September, to God’s glory.
  • Monday, 7 March, to Sunday, 6 April: New Testament Readathon. We want to inculcate in our students a love for the Word of God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
  • A reminder that we have no term break this March.
  • Friday, 28 March: VLCS holiday; Monday, 31 March: Hari Raya Puasa, Public Holiday. Enjoy the longer weekend for family bonding.

For further details, please read this month’s newsletter, posted HERE.

Bible memory passage for March: Ephesians 4:17-32

Letter to Parents (February)

Dear Kingdom parents,

Greetings and thank you for giving priority to conference with staff on your children’s growth in faith and their academic progress. We believe you are pleased with your child’s performance. All glory to God! Thank you for reading and training your children with the Word of God every night. According to Psalm 1, we shall be like trees planted by the rivers of water, that bring forth fruit in season; our leaves also shall not wither; and whatever we do shall prosper.

More than 5 years ago, when I thanked God for the favour given to our graduates as 100% of them could gain admission into the universities they applied for, He said: “The end of high school is not the pursuit of tertiary education, but to do His good, acceptable, and perfect will.” Since then, we began focusing on discipling high school students to seek His Kingdom and His righteousness first and foremost.

Last weekend, some staff members and 4 student leaders in the Kingdom Council volunteered to serve and bless the underprivileged in Kluang, Johor Bahru.  We hope to enthuse students and parents to regularly volunteer in this ministry.

For further details, please read this month’s newsletter, posted HERE.

Events for the month of February, 2025:

  • Thursday, 28 January: CNY celebration. Dismissal 12pm.
  • Wednesday-Friday, 29-31 January: Chinese New Year holiday.
  • School resumes Monday, 3 February.
  • In February we will begin registration of students who wish to participate in ISC 2025 in Indiana, USA, 24-29 May.

Bible memory passage for February: Ephesians 4:1-16

God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing, and we wish you and your family a joyous Chinese New Year.

Blessings,
